The Missouri Most Wanted section of the Bratten Bail Bonds website was created for the purpose of enlisting help from the public to locate wanted criminals or individuals that have “jumped bail”. If a person fails to appear for their court appointment and bail is revoked, we put them on the Missouri Most Wanted list. We will also post individuals that are fugitives and on law enforcement and FBI wanted lists within Missouri.
When someone is arrested and a family member has had to post bail to get them released, they are have guaranteed the accused will attend court. If the accused fails to appear, the person who secured the bail bond is held responsible for the bail money and/or could lose the collateral they put up to secure bail.
Your help in locating fugitives and those who have failed to appear in court keeps our community safe. You also help their friends and family from losing their personal property. In some cases, not all, providing information that leads to a fugitive may result in a reward.
We will be updating the list regularly, so visit the Missouri Most wanted page often. To further generate public awareness, we post the Missouri Most Wanted list on our Facebook Page and update it weekly. If you have information about anyone on this list, contact Bratten Bail Bonds or local officials.
ALL tips received by Bratten Bail Bonds or any law enforcement agency is completely anonymous. We do not divulge who provided information or how we found a fugitive. If the individual is considered a dangerous criminal, we suggest you contact the FBI or law enforcement directly to ensure they are safely taken into custody.
